"I like that the younger children are shown the ropes by the older ones.  As the younger children grow, they get a turn at being the leaders. Not only do both the younger and older children learn from each other, but I have seen such a build in confidence in both of my children. I love it that my son and daughter are part of the same classroom community. It's like a family."
